Grab Indonesia’s President Ridzki Kramadibrata Moves on to Commissioner Role

Southeast Asian superapp Grab Indonesia has appointed Ridzki Kramadibrata as a member of the Board of Commissioners, effective 1 July 2023 onwards.

Ridzki joined Grab Indonesia as a Managing Director in January 2016 before he was promoted as the President from January 2019 till June this year.

In his new position as a member of the Board of Commissioners, Ridzki will provide advice regarding business policies and governance of Grab Indonesia.

Ridzki joined Grab in January 2016 and expanded Grab Indonesia’s operational area to 100 cities. This rapid growth continues and currently, Grab serves consumers in more than 250 cities throughout Indonesia.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Ridzki led Grab’s humanitarian programme to provide assistance to affected communities and collaborated with the Government of Indonesia to distribute vaccines to vulnerable groups of people.

Ridzki said in a LinkedIn post,

“The past 7.5 years have been incredible, and I’ve been fortunate to work with so many brilliant, intelligent, and young team members. I want to thank everyone at Grab for the wonderful ride I had and the chance to work with the finest of the best. I’ll always be Grab’s biggest fan. This time, however, I’ll support it from an outside view while keeping Grab close to my heart.”
