InsureTech Connect (ITC) Asia, one of the region’s largest insurance ecosystem conferences, is returning to the Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore from 3 June 2025 to 5 June 2025.
This event promises to bring together the global insurance community to explore innovative solutions, gain access to unique and impactful education, and forge meaningful business relationships.
Now in its fourth flagship edition, ITC Asia 2025 is expected to host over 2,000 industry participants from around the globe, including 70% VP-level and above decision-makers, as well as more than 250 visionary speakers. These will convene to explore the most pressing challenges and exciting opportunities in insurance today.
This year’s ITC Asia edition will be organised across three dynamic tracks:
- The “Tech Evolution: Shaping the Future of Insurance with Technology” track will explore how groundbreaking technologies are transforming the insurance sector, from operations to customer engagement. This track will explore the critical tools and strategies needed for modern insurers to thrive in an era of rapid change, including artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics, cloud and application programming interface (API) integration, and modernised legacy systems.
- The “Innovation360: Unpacking the Full Spectrum of Insurance Transformation” track will provide a 360-degree view of the innovations shaping insurance, offering deep dives into the pressing challenges and exciting opportunities across the sector. This track will explore how advancements in healthtech and wellness integration are driving new approaches to life and health insurance; how technology is redefining claims and underwriting; as well as the trends and strategies that are reshaping how insurers invest.
- Finally, the “Affinity Stage: Powering Partnerships and Customer-Centric Ecosystems” track will allow attendees to discover how collaboration, partnerships, and ecosystem integration are transforming insurance distribution and customer engagement. This track will explore the potential of embedded insurance and ecosystem-driven partnerships, analyse how omnichannel strategies and digital tools are enabling insurers to create seamless buying experiences, and delve into how insurers are using technology and data to enhance personalisation, retention, and loyalty.
Day 1 Agenda Highlights

ITC Asia 2025 will kick off with an opening reception on June 03, 2025 at 18:30 at the JW Marriott Singapore South Beach. This networking event will set the stage of for two days of dynamic discussions, innovation showcases, and strategic insights tailored to the insurance and insurtech ecosystem.
The conference will formally open at 9:00 on June 04, with a session called “From Hype to Reality: Practical Considerations for Integrating Generative AI into Insurance Operations.” This 30-minute panel will bring together top industry leaders including Paul Ricard of Oliver Wyman, Adrian Vincent of FWD Singapore, Clemens Philippi of MSIG Asia, Gunish Chawla of AWS, and Mohit Tandon of Prudential plc to explore the operational realities and transformative potential of generative AI in insurance.
At 11:00, two parallel sessions, titled “Navigating Uncertainty: Strategic Approaches for Insurers to Unlock Growth and Resilience,” on the Tech Evolution Stage, and “Enhancing Loyalty: Rethinking Propositions and Customer Experiences,” on the Affinity Stage, will offer attendees strategic insights on ow insurers can build resilience amid market volatility and evolve customer engagement strategies to drive long-term loyalty. These sessions will feature top executives from J.P. Morgan, Riskovery Consulting, KoverNow, bolttech, Smart Communications, and Capgemini.
At 11:30, the spotlight will shift to modernisation and risk management. On the Tech Evolution Stage, “Hollow Out the Core: Modernizing Legacy Systems for Seamless Integration” will feature Ankit Shrivastava of Liberty Insurance, Laurent Crouet of Generali Asia, Heval Polat of Allianz Commercial, Oren Leshem of Novidea, and Becky Wong of Globex Capital Partners. Simultaneously, the Innovation360 Stage will address digital threats in “Cybersecurity in Insurance: Building Robust Risk Management Practices,” with speakers from MS&AD, Cyberwrite, QBE Asia, PARIMA, and MSIG Asia.
At 12:00, a by-invite-only executive roundtable titled “Smarter Insurance: Unlocking AI-Powered Agentic Support, Simplicity and Scale in Transformation Programs” will take place in Room 5001. This session will be led by experts from Sapiens and Microsoft.
In the afternoon, at 13:30, the Affinity Stage will welcome the “Omnichannel Strategies: GenAI vs Human Touchpoints for Seamless Distribution” session, featuring leaders from Kyobo Lifeplanet, Manulife, LG CNS, and FWD Group. At 14:00, “Ecosystem Partnerships: Collaborating for Seamless Customer Experiences” will include speakers from bolttech, MoneyHero, and the Open and Embedded Insurance Observatory.
On the Tech Evolution Stage, “Technology-Driven Efficiency: Surviving Economic Headwinds with Lean Digital Operations” will begin at 14:20 with panelists from BMS Asia, Zurich Indonesia, DirectAsia, MISSION+, and Nippon Life.
To close the day, at 16:05, the Tech Evolution Stage will present “Seamless Integration: Next-Gen Cloud Solutions Across the Insurance Ecosystem,” with speakers from FWD Group, Peak3, MSIG Asia, Sunlight Solutions, and Microsoft.
Day 2 Agenda Highlights

Day 2 will open at 9:00 with “Digital Transformation in a Cost-Conscious Market: Achieving ROI from Technology Investments” in the Plenary Hall. Industry leaders Oona Insurance, Zühlke, Chubb, Deloitte, and AIA Singapore, will share strategies for cost-effective digital transformation.
Following at 9:30, the session “Bridging the Trust Gap Between Insurance and Customers, with Technology” will features Ajit Rochlani of Oliver Wyman, Rob Kosova of QBE Asia, and Namrata Jolly of Microsoft. At 9:50, the Plenary Hall will continue with “The Unmet Promise of Digital Distribution: Obstacles and Future,” featuring representatives from Monee, Klook, Lazada, and Grab.
At 11:00, the Tech Evolution Stage will present “The Evolving Core: From Static Systems to Adaptive Intelligence” with speakers from AWS, Allianz, and DXC Technology. Concurrently, the Demo Stage will host the ITC Asia Insurtech Pitch Competition, spotlighting emerging startups such as Eazy Digital, Olvo AI, and SalingJaga.
Meanwhile, the Innovation360 Stage will explore aging demographics in “Longevity and Life Insurance: Adapting to an Aging Population with Innovative Solutions,” featuring speakers from McKinsey, Edelweiss, Muang Thai, Prudential, and DBS.
At 13:30, the three main stages will host concurrent sessions offering specialised insights:
- The Tech Evolution Stage will host the “Beyond Premiums & Policies: How AI & Data Are Reinventing the Insurance Experience”, featuring experts from Simon-Kucher, Zurich, Sun Life, Mercer, and FWD;
- The Innovation360 Stage will host the “Insuring the Next Billion: Strategies for Reaching Uninsured Populations in Rural Asia” panel, featuring representatives from Jaymart, EFU Life, ReAInmaker, Monee, and Lifecheq; and
- The Affinity Stage will host the “Customer-Centric Claims: Creating a Frictionless Experience through Digital Innovation” session, with panelists from Otonomi, Plug and Play, Azentio, and RGA.
At 14:00, the Tech Evolution Stage will feature “Smart Capital for Smart Insurance: Funding the Future of InsurTech,” with speakers from Eurazeo and the IFC of the World Bank Group. Shortly after, at 14:20, the Affinity Stage will present “Bancassurance Reimagined: Driving Growth Through Hyper-Personalized Offerings,” led by executives from Standard Chartered, OneConnect, DBS, and Asian Capital Advisors.
Finally, at 15:20 on the Plenary Stage, the “Overcoming the Fear Factor: Mitigating Risks in Core Modernisation” session will feature panelists include Sharon Teo of MSIG Singapore, Christian Erickson of Duck Creek Technologies, Kaushik Raghavan of United Overseas Insurance, Sanjay Sachdev of Deloitte, and Juan Mazzini of Celent.
Exclusive Events, Workshops and Networking

In addition to the main conference, ITC Asia 2025 will also feature a number of exclusive workshops, showcases, and interactive sessions designed to deepen learning, fuel collaboration, and drive actionable insights.
These events, many of which require pre-registration, include:
- “Shaping Tomorrow: Showcasing Innovation & Transformation Success Stories”, sponsored by The Digital Insurer (TDI): An interactive, two-hour, in-person learning event designed to accelerate awareness of insurance innovation and transformation stories that are likely to re-shape the insurance world. The event is designed for interaction, offering participants the opportunity to share their experiences and views, and dig a little deeper on the potential that each innovation showcased offers the industry.
- “Scaling AI in Insurance: From Vision to Value”: A collaborative workshop by NVIDIA and EXL. This workshop will share a proven playbook to help participants move beyond pilots toward enterprise-wide AI deployment that delivers clear business value.
- “ASEAN Spotlight Workshop – The Evolution of Takaful in ASEAN: Strides and the digitalised future”: Two focused workshop panels, designed to foster deeper discussion and knowledge sharing on Takaful development across the region. These panels will present an overview of Takaful developments, and spotlight countries that are in the early stages or actively exploring the development of their Takaful sectors.
New this year, the Unfiltered Conversations Stage will introduce a roundtable-style experience where insurance industry leaders gather for unscripted, candid dialogue on today’s most pressing topics. These unrecorded, highly interactive sessions are designed to strip away the formal presentations to create space for open, strategic conversations, fuelled by expert moderation and shared by peers.
Key themes for 2025 include the future of electric vehicle insurance, the future of brokerage in Asia’s tech-driven landscape, talent development strategies for insurers in today’s digital era, the potential of gen AI in insurance, and the investment landscape in India’s insurtech industry.
