eToro has added more than 50 exchange-traded funds (ETFs) to expand investment choices for retail investors in Singapore.
The funds provide exposure to markets including China, South Korea, Taiwan and Japan, as well as areas such as clean energy, healthcare, biotechnology, autonomous vehicles and other emerging technologies.
The selection focuses on Asian markets and thematic investment areas that have drawn interest from local users.

Yaki Razmovich, Managing Director of Singapore and Asia at eToro, said,
” This new batch of ETFs reflects our close engagement with our community and their interests, whether it’s targeted exposure to China’s clean energy, healthcare and biotech sectors or new technologies that are emerging globally.”
eToro’s latest Retail Investor Beat survey found that 35% of Singapore respondents invested in emerging markets, compared with 16% globally.
Exposure to China stood at 27%, against 12% worldwide, while 14% invested in Japan, compared with 10% globally.
Technology exposure was also higher among Singapore investors at 57%, compared with 45% globally. About 27% planned to increase their investments in the sector.
The survey covered 11,000 retail investors across 13 countries, including 1,000 in Singapore.

Zavier Wong, Market Analyst at eToro, said,
“We’re observing a significant trend where investors are rotating out of the US and looking for opportunities elsewhere. There is increasing interest in markets like South Korea and Taiwan, which are key for the AI semiconductor industry.
This new suite of ETFs provides our users with the tools to act on these trends, offering targeted exposure to some of the most exciting and fast-moving economies and sectors in the world.”
The ETFs are now available on eToro’s platform globally.
