Citibank Singapore has expanded its footprint in the country with the opening of two new wealth advisory centers, marking the bank’s enhanced commitment to the island-state as a crucial hub for its wealth management operations.
The inauguration of the center at One Holland Village by Andy Sieg, Citi’s Global Head of Wealth, follows the earlier opening of the Parkway Parade center, which began operations on 18 December 2023.
These openings are part of Citibank’s announcement from October 2023 to establish more accessible wealth management services for its Citigold and Citigold Private Client customers.
Located in the One Holland Village integrated development, the new center spans 3,700 square feet, offering more space than its predecessor. The Parkway Parade center, which has a sea view, occupies a 4,600 square foot area on the 22nd floor, indicating a considerable expansion of Citibank’s local presence.
Both locations are equipped with private advisory rooms featuring video conferencing technology, allowing clients to consult with their relationship managers and product specialists remotely.
Additionally, these centers offer spaces for hosting lifestyle events and investment seminars, accommodating 35-40 clients.
Shyam Sambamurthy, Citi’s Asia South Wealth Head said,
“Singapore continues to be a key and strategic location for Citi’s wealth business, as one of our four global wealth hubs.
We remain upbeat about the industry’s future in this country, hence we continue to invest by establishing these two new wealth centres.”
Brendan Carney, Chief Executive Officer of Citibank Singapore added,
“These latest customer-centric enhancements are all about elevating our client experience and enabling us to keep delivering first-in-class wealth management services.
We firmly believe that we can continue to give excellent value proposition to our clients here, and closer to where they live.”
