Singapore’s real estate and property technology (proptech) market is anchored by a deep residential asset base and recurring transaction, leasing, management and advisory activity. In 2025, the city-state contained more than 1.1 million residential units, creating sustained demand for brokerage, valuation, mortgage facilitation, marketplace, property-management and building-technology services.
This market had a valuation which some industry observers estimate stood at US$17 billion in 2025, and through 2032, is expected to rise by 5.8% annually through 2032 to US$25 billion. This growth will be primarily driven by technological advancements, a robust economy that encourages investment in real estate and innovative proptech, and increasing demand for smart buildings and sustainable living solutions.
Within Singapore’s proptech sector, several young players are rising, standing out for their strong momentum and growth potential. These players, which operate across rental management, building inspection, and real estate investment, among other areas, have achieved major progress over the past year, securing capital and expanding abroad, and are expected to maintain steady growth from this year forward.
5 Proptech Startups from Singapore to Watch
Rently

Rently offers a rental payments platform that allows tenants to pay rent in flexible installments, earn rewards and manage payment schedules. It offers three main products:
- Earn Rewards on Rent, which allows tenants to earn Max Miles on every rent payment. Max Miles, provided through the HeyMax rewards platform, are redeemable for major airline and hotel programs;
- Delay Rent Payments, which lets tenants defer payments according to a schedule aligned with their cash flow; and
- Lower Move-in Costs, which allows them to skip the heavy upfront security deposit and instead spread it across the lease.
Rently, which operates in Singapore, Hong Kong, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), reports over 3,000 tenants on its platforms. In the first nine months of 2026, rental transaction volume from Singaporean tenants using Rently reached SGD 36.3 million (US$28.4 million), representing a 2.5-fold increase over the corresponding period in 2025, and reflecting the platform’s strong growth.
In October 2026, Rently secured US$12 million in debt financing to extend its rent flexibility offering across its existing markets. The facility also strengthens the startup’s capital structure as it prepares for its Series A round to scale core offerings and launch additional markets in 2027. Rently previously raised US$3 million in pre-Series A funding.
H3 Zoom

Founded in 2016, H3 Zoom develops AI-powered inspection and asset-intelligence software for the built environment. Its integrated platform brings together proprietary AI models, computer vision, drones, robotics-enabled data capture and inspection workflow automation. These capabilities enable asset owners, developers, facility managers, contractors, and infrastructure operators to reduce inspection costs and timelines, enhance safety, and make data-driven asset decisions.
H3 Zoom’s technology is deployed across high-rise buildings, commercial properties, institutional assets, transport-related infrastructure and public-sector environments. The company claims its platform has supported more than 10,000 inspections, reducing inspection costs by up to 70% in certain workflows and accelerating turnaround by up to 90% in selected use cases.
In June 2026, H3 Zoom closed an oversubscribed US$3.6 million Series A funding round to support its continued expansion across Asia, with a focus on Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Southeast Asia. It will also accelerate product development, strengthen engineering capabilities, deepen enterprise go-to-market execution, and expand integrations across the building and infrastructure lifecycle, reflecting accelerating demand across the built environment.
OnSite

Founded in 2024, OnSite is an AI-native, voice-first messaging platform designed for blue-collar workers. The platform is designed to help construction and facility management teams chat more conveniently, document easily, and manage projects smoothly.
The technology replaces disconnected communication channels with a dedicated platform that lets teams communicate naturally through voice notes, photos, and text. Its AI engine automatically structures, tags, and organizes content by project, location, and timeline. The outcome is a single, searchable source of truth that serves as a legal-grade audit trail.
OnSite supports over eight languages commonly used on Southeast Asian worksites, including English, Mandarin, Tamil, Bengali, Cantonese, and Malay. The platform handles code-switching, a common reality on multilingual construction sites, and translates communication in real time.
In April 2026, OnSite raised a US$1.3 million seed funding round to expand its engineering team and accelerate product development, including AI-powered features like a pocket assistant trained on construction teams’ chats, holistic project analysis, predictive risk assessments, and smart integrations with 3rd-party tools. The company is currently in beta with design partners in Singapore and Hong Kong, with an active waitlist and plans to move out of beta later in 2026. This signals that OnSite is transitioning from early validation to commercial readiness, using the capital to scale its engineering capacity and AI capabilities.
Wenti Labs

Founded in 2023, Wenti Labs builds an AI operating system for construction. Its AI agents run inside tools teams already use, capturing unstructured data, including photos, messages and reports, instantly processing these data and converting these fragmented inputs into structured insights. These capabilities help teams work with more speed, accuracy, and visibility.
Beyond individual productivity gains, Wenti Labs is working toward construction sites that function as real-time intelligent systems, where continuously updated data lets project leaders decide on live conditions rather than yesterday’s spreadsheet.
Wenti Labs’ technology is already deployed on active construction projects with leading industry players, including Boustead Projects E&C, Penta-Ocean Construction, Woh Hup, and multiple Tier-1 general contractors in Singapore.
In May 2026, Wenti Labs raised a pre-seed round led by Zacua Ventures to expand the company’s engineering team, accelerate customer acquisition, and grow its presence in key Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets beyond Singapore, including Japan and Australia. This reflects growth and demand for its technology in the APAC construction industry.
RealVantage

Founded in 2019, RealVantage provides a licensed online real estate co-investment platform that allows investors to invest in offshore properties with a smaller investment amount. It partners with leading asset managers to deliver institutional-quality investments, guided by rigorous evaluation and disciplined oversight.
Each opportunity on RealVantage is carefully reviewed and underwritten with full offering materials and financial projections. After the deal is fully funded, the firm proceeds with the acquisition, manages the property during the investment period to drive returns and maximize the exit value at disposal.
RealVantage has helped raise more than SGD 400 million (US$312 million) in capital and completed over 130 deals across seven global markets, including its recent expansion into South Korea. Its membership includes over 10,000 individuals and entities across 58 countries, covering institutions, listed companies, family offices, accredited investors, and mass-affluent people.
In December 2025, RealVantage closed an oversubscribed US$10 million Series A funding round at a US$70 million valuation. The company said the fresh capital will be deployed across three areas, including developing new investment products, including thematic funds, advancing its AI-powered platform, and funding regional expansion, starting with Hong Kong.
