Antom, a provider of merchant payment and digitisation services under Ant International, has introduced EPOS360, an application integrating point-of-sale (POS) systems, payments, banking, lending, and business support to help MSMEs scale efficiently.
EPOS is Antom’s all-in-one SME transformation platform and one of Ant International’s main business pillars.
The new app aims to extend services to more MSMEs alongside enterprise clients.
EPOS360 consolidates POS, payments, banking, lending, marketing, and other digital services into one platform.
Available on iOS and Android in early 2026, it offers access to services from Antom, Alipay+, and ANEXT Bank within minutes.
The app enables merchants to create online stores across Google Maps, partner e-wallets, and other digital platforms.
It supports operations management, inventory tracking, promotions, and collateral-free financing through MAS-regulated ANEXT Bank.
Initially, EPOS360 will serve MSMEs in Singapore, particularly in retail and food and beverage, before expanding to Malaysia as a mini app within Touch ’n Go in early 2026, followed by other markets.
It will launch in English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, Thai, and Japanese, with more languages to follow.
EPOS360 includes an AI-powered Antom Copilot that assists merchants in building online stores, analysing sales and marketing performance, monitoring cash flow, and suggesting operational improvements.
It can generate promotional content and identify opportunities based on factors such as holidays, weather, and market competition.
Supported by ANEXT Bank, the app integrates banking and financing features, allowing businesses to open free accounts with no minimum balance or transaction fees and to earn daily interest on eligible balances.
Merchants can hold multiple currencies and access instant loans of up to S$5,000, with higher limits and revenue-based financing available as they expand.
EPOS360 also supports in-store and online payments through Antom’s payment infrastructure, with same-day settlement for selected methods.
Merchants can activate Alipay+ cross-border wallets as their operations grow.
The app pairs with the EPOS360 Bluetap terminal, which accepts both QR and card payments and includes Ant’s proprietary tap-to-pay technology.
Ian Cheong, CEO of EPOS, said:

“Singapore has shown how a pro-MSME digital agenda can translate into strong economic vitality. To support MSMEs realise their full potential, we are packaging a wide range of merchant services into one AI-powered app that removes complexity and transforms everyday operations into new opportunities for growth.”
Gary Liu, General Manager of Antom, Ant International, added:

“We aim to make advanced technologies and high-quality services accessible to businesses of all sizes. EPOS360 lowers the barrier for MSMEs to access tools that were previously beyond their reach.”
EPOS currently serves over 6,000 merchants in Singapore and is expanding regionally.
The platform supports businesses with intelligent sales systems, AI-driven customer management, analytics, and hardware such as Soundbox and self-ordering kiosks.
