Best Practices for Avoiding and Fixing Technical Debt
September 28, 2021, 11:30 AM SGT
Speed to market and speed to change are key competitive differentiators in a digital economy. But speed often comes at the cost of technical debt—that is, the time and resources spent having to rework a solution later due to actions taken (or not taken) today. In an effort to get a product out the door, technology built for short-term benefit ends up consuming resources, creating risk, and stopping innovation at a later stage in the software life cycle.
Join OutSystems and Professor Rick Kazman, author of “Technical Debt in Practice: How to Find It and Fix It,” for an interactive discussion on how to measure and manage technical debt. All attendees will receive a free copy of the book!

Organized in partnership with the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS) and in collaboration with Constellar Exhibitions, a subsidiary of Constellar Holdings (formerly known as SingEx-Sphere Holdings), SFF 2021 will provide a combined online-offline platform for the global fintech community to engage and connect in spite of the current challenges with international travel.

- The integration of environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) into the core design of financial services; and
- The pervasive adoption of foundational digital infrastructure (digital identity, trusted data exchange, interoperable payment systems and consent systems)
