What Marketing Analyst Does At Visa

The Marketing Analyst for our business in The Cambodia is accountable for the support and management of the brand, solutions and client marketing activities (B2B)..

You will report to the Head of Country Marketing and will be part of the Cambodia Country Team to accelerate business growth, with a profit and loss (P&L) mindset focused on optimizing team performance and marketing investment. You will drive customer centricity within the organization by understanding the evolving payment ecosystem and changing consumer needs.


Brand and campaign management

  • Working collaboratively with and support the Head of Country Marketing in the strategic development and seamless execution of key consumer marketing programs such as advertising campaigns, merchant partnership programs, Visa global/regional sponsorship activation and point-of-sale brand visibility programs.
  • Support the Head of Country Marketing to ensure plan are well-developed in close-collaboration with cross-function include Corporate communication, product & merchant acceptance solution to clearly documented, aligned and effectively communicated to both internal and external stakeholder
  • Help manage Cambodia’s key social platform including Facebook, programmatic capability with support from cluster Digital Media Lead
  • Help manage the Cambodia’ marketing budget and ensure that all activities adhere to Visa’s financial policies
  • Drive campaign reporting and ROI tracking, including templates, methodology, cadence, and data integration, leveraging an ‘assess, test, and refine’ approach

Client Marketing

  • Support key client marketing (B2B) programs together, including collaboration with key Visa cross-functional teams such as Business Development, Visa Consulting Analytic and the regional marketing team in Singapore
  • Contribute to Visa support toward clients’ (banks, fintechs, merchant) initiatives to drive card payment adoption and usage.
  • Demonstrate client-centric principle to help delivering Visa Marketing solution that drive value to clients in market

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management / Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience of related consumer and client marketing management, top-tier Financial, Payments, Technology or FMCG industry preferred
  • Fluent in Khmer language (speaking and writing)
  • Passion for Visa business, technology innovation, with high energy and intelligence
  • Proven experience in being part of great creative work development process, support effective agency management process across creative, media, digital, and below the line activities
  • Strong project management skills and analytical thinking
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess high learning agility
  • Demonstrates proven ability to work with clients across existing and new partners
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional projects / teams across internal and external organizations
  • Ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment
