Silverlake Axis, a Singapore-mainboard listed fintech and digital banking solutions provider, has announced a strategic partnership with Indonesia’s Bank Mandiri Taspen (Bank Mantap).
This collaboration is part of Silverlake Axis‘ expansion in Indonesia, highlighting its focus on the Indonesian market as a key area for growth.
The partnership involves the deployment of Version 12 of the Silverlake Axis Integrated Banking Solutions (SIBS) across more than 390 branches of Bank Mantap, covering over 40 provinces in Indonesia.
The initiative aims to contribute to the financial well-being of the region and aligns with the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (OJK)’s vision for 2025, which focuses on enhancing financial literacy and access to inclusive financial products in the country.
SIBS Version 12 is designed to support a wide range of banking operations, from retail to commercial sectors, and is adaptable to digital and open banking transformations.
The system promises to enhance Bank Mantap’s operational efficiency and provide cost advantages, leveraging the bank’s existing infrastructure and IT expertise.
Earlier in the year, Silverlake Axis also partnered with Safeguards Corporation to launch Malaysia’s first cloud-based Independent ATM Deployer (IAD).
“We have steady growth plans in Indonesia, and the market holds plenty of potential for the full digital transformation of its banking sector.
This collaboration reaffirms our continued commitment to enhancing financial inclusion and supporting Indonesia’s high-potential and increasingly financially literate population.”
shared Cassandra Goh, Deputy Executive Chairman of Silverlake Axis.
“We are pleased to work with Silverlake Axis and implement SIBS V12 in our daily business operations.
Their long-standing track record of success assures us that we have the right partner to fulfil our goals.”
shared Elmamber P. Sinaga, CEO of Bank Mantap.
