FOMO Group, a Singapore-based financial holding company, announced that it has appointed Cindy Ho as its new Group Head of Compliance.

In her new role at FOMO Group, Cindy will be essential in advancing the company’s compliance infrastructure, ensuring adherence to the diverse regulatory landscapes of the jurisdictions in which the company operates.

Cindy, who brings over three decades of experience in the compliance sector, will spearhead the company’s efforts in regulatory compliance, policy formulation and execution, risk assessment, and business advisory to support FOMO Group’s expanding operations.

She has previously served as the Chief Control Officer at Bank J. Safra Sarasin in Singapore, where she led compliance teams in Singapore and Hong Kong, focusing on regulatory advisory and surveillance related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) in the region.

Before her tenure at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, Cindy held pivotal positions at Credit Suisse and Standard Chartered Bank, where she was instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive compliance frameworks to address AML and KYC challenges across Asian markets.
