Responsibilities
The qualified candidate is responsible for:
- Monitor daily transactions and monthly transactions between company reports and bank reports.
- Process settlement, void, refund, charge back for daily transactions.
- Prepare payment documents for customers.
- Contact with customers to serve their needs and get feedback.
- Contact other banks for keeping bank documents.
- Coordinate with other departments related to accounting documents and reports.
- Other assignments related to account and customer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in finance, especially corporate finance field
- Experience in FinTech industry is an advantage
- Strong knowledge in financial background
- Fairly good command of written and spoken English
- High proficiency in MS-Excel applications
- Fast learner with good communication skills, high responsibility and time management
